Flexible Schedules to Fit Your Life:

• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available


• Work with clients in both home and facility settings

We believe in promoting work-life balance by offering flexible schedules and 24/7 emergency support for our staff.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (including bathing)


• Support clients with mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan


• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation to appointments, and companionship


• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the nurse case manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Indiana HHA license is required


• 1+ years of experience in home healthcare (CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar roles strongly encouraged)


• CPR certification


• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds


• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle


• Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality


• Must pass a drug test and motor vehicle background check
