Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting guest with check-in and check-out
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly timely manner
• Managing a checklist consisting of billing, requests, VIPs, and room balancing tasks
• Assisting with limited coffee shop services
• Ability to Stand for entire shift
• Managing in-person, online, and phone reservations/inquiries

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Open Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• AM and PM Shifts

Flexible Schedule with weekend and holiday availability required.

• Customer Service (1 Year)
• Hotel Experience (Preferred)
• Pep knowledge a plus, but not required
