Part Time Housekeeper

NorthStar Maintenance Group, LLC is looking for a part time Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will clean, sanitize, and maintain a small clinic each evening after the clinic closes, Monday-Friday.
There is no set time that you must be there each evening, you can go clean any time after 5:00pm when they close.

The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable. You will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning this building, so you must be very dependable and not miss work. 

Responsibilities: 

• Clean – Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.  Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, waiting rooms, exam rooms and offices. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.  Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and window seals.   
• Stock – All bathrooms with soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
• Other – Empty trash containers.  If applicable, notify maintenance if something is not working correctly.  

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull
