Part Time Housekeeper

MAX Maintenance, seeks a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaner / Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in HOA clubhouses and commercial office buildings, including:
  
  
  
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  
  
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  
  
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  
  
  • Emptying trash and recycling receptacles.
  
  
  • Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
  
  
  • Cleaning windows and mirrors.
  
  
  
  


• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas.


• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.


• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is required.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.


• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.


• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.


• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.


• Must be able to pass a background check.


• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  
  

Work schedule

• Part-time, 20-30 hours per week (Monday – Friday).


• The schedule will be a set schedule, but hours will range from daytime to evening hours. 


• Schedule may change over time as clients are gained and lost.
