Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This leadership role is essential to maintaining the quality, efficiency, and consistency of our guest room and public area cleanliness. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and a hands-on leader with a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and inspections

· Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet or exceed cleanliness standards

· Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to perform at a high level

· Monitor inventory and ensure housekeeping supplies are properly stocked and managed

· Perform room inspections and provide feedback to staff to maintain quality standards

· Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally

· Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

· Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
