Position Summary
The Part-Time HR Generalist provides 25 hours a week of day-to-day human resources support for Ain Dah Yung Center (ADYC), with primary responsibility for recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, leave administration, employee records, payroll review, and employee relations support. This position serves as a resource to employees and supervisors while helping ensure accurate HR processes, timely documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable employment requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position performs work in the main office and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The employee may remain in a stationary position for portions of the workday and will periodically move throughout the workplace. Regular and reliable attendance at the assigned worksite is an essential function of the position.
Benefits
This position is currently scheduled for approximately 25 hours per week. Benefit eligibility is governed by ADYC policies and applicable plan terms. Positions regularly scheduled below 30 hours per week do not meet ADYC's regular benefits eligibility threshold. Legally required leave and benefits apply as required by applicable law.
