What You’ll Do

As a client-facing HR Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic and tactical support across a wide range of HR functions. You’ll:

• Serve as the go-to HR partner for assigned clients, providing day-to-day generalist support.
• Evaluate client HR challenges and deliver practical, legally compliant solutions.
• Create and update HR policies, job descriptions, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Oversee onboarding processes across client and Envision platforms.
• Conduct HR audits and support client compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Analyze workforce data for benchmarking, reporting, and decision-making support.
• Facilitate training and professional development workshops on HR best practices.
• Lead internal and client-focused process improvements and change initiatives.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute to Envision’s internal growth.

 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years HR generalist or manager experience      
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance (multi-state knowledge a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HRIS platforms.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
