Job Description - Part-Time Human Resources Assistant


Exciting Part-Time Opportunity: HR Assistant in Sioux Falls, SD

Are you ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time HR Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our growing organization! This is a newly created position with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Position Details:

  • Location: Sioux Falls, SD
  • Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week, with flexibility between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Pay Rate: $18/hour

What You’ll Do:

As our HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for:

  • Onboarding New Hires: Setting up new employees in our systems and ensuring a smooth start.
  • Training Coordination: Keeping training schedules on track and overseeing the first 90 days of new hire progress.
  • Administrative Support: Managing computer-based tasks, maintaining organized digital records, and assisting with various HR projects.
