We’re looking for a versatile, passionate individual to join our team in a part-time role supporting both our kitchen operations and classrooms. About the Position:

We are hiring a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant & Classroom Floater who will:

• Support daily kitchen duties, including food prep, serving, and maintaining a clean, organized environment, along with light cleaning as needed in the school.
• Float between classrooms to assist teachers, providing care and engagement for children ranging from infants to preschoolers.
• Work approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Enjoy consistent daytime hours — NO nights or weekends!

• Can support kitchen operations (training provided) and jump into classrooms when needed.
• Possesses strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of both kitchen and classroom settings.
• Preferred: Previous experience in childcare, education, food service, or related fields.
• Meets Missouri state licensing requirements for working in a preschool (we can help guide you through this if needed).
