We have been running the restaurant for a long time in Heart of Waikiki, and there is a beautiful beach stretching out in front of us.

We serve variety of sushi - authentic Japanese Sushi, fusion Sushi such as California rolls, and original Hawaiian style sushi, we are popular not only with tourists but also with locals, and we have so many repeat customers.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and be willing to assist in various kitchen tasks.

The opening is morning shift which offers consistent and predictable schedule and improving work-life balance.

Job Details

A Kitchen Helper is a support role in a kitchen, assisting chefs and cooks with various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Preparing the food ingredients as requested by the Sushi Chef
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping food items, including fruits, vegetables, fish and meat, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
• Cleaning the kitchen station all the time
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards

• Actual work hours: 8 hours per day
• Working days: Minimum 2 days a week

Requirement
