Part Time Leasing Agent

Description

Columbia Square apartments is seeking a Part Time Leasing Agent.  You’ll be working closely with our growth team, helping us with administrative and marketing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities

· Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood

· Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

· Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

Requirements:

• Specific Details: Onesite Software
• Lease-up experience preferred
• Must have experience, social media savvy marketing experience a plus

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with potential renters and property owners. 
• Sales Skills: Persuasive skills to attract and retain tenants
• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and properties efficiently 
• Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent service to tenants

Additional Details Provided: Must have tax credit experience
