Part Time Leasing Agent Earn Extra Income

Property Management Company is looking for a high energy part time Leasing Agent for 102 Unit Apartment community in Ontario, CA.

The schedule for this position is 3-days a week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8 hours each day. Ideal for anyone looking to earn some extra income.

Experience in Multi Family industry preferred, but not required. Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS! Leasing Agent will be responsible for rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates. Responsible for move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings. Responsible for ensuring paperwork is current and prospective tenants is completed accurately. Must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Must have a great attitude, excellent customer service and the desire to exceed expectations.

Competitive pay PLUS commissions depending on experience and certifications.
