About the Role

As Massage Therapist, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering individualized therapy sessions to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall well-being. You'll also be trained to operate state-of-the-art body sculpting equipment tools rarely found elsewhere in Texas. This part-time position is ideal for professionals looking to expand their skill set in a serene and growth-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with advanced therapy equipment, including Cutera truFlex, truSculpt, and SecretRF

• Conduct client consultations to assess preferences, needs, and medical histories

• Design and perform custom massage sessions using various modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy)

• Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and discretion throughout each appointment

• Maintain thorough records of client interactions, preferences, and treatment plans

• Collaborate with wellness team members to create an integrated client experience

• Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and elegance in treatment rooms and shared spaces

• Optional: Bring existing clients and earn higher compensation

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program and valid state license

• 2+ years of hands-on massage therapy experience, preferably in a high-end spa or wellness center

• Proficient in multiple techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy

• Ability to adapt services to individual client needs and preferences

• Availability for weekend shifts (Fridays and Saturdays) and occasional floater days
