Part-Time LPN (Days)

Description of the role:

We are looking for a dedicated PART-TIME LPN (DAYS) to join our team at Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the RN and within the scope of LPN practice.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.


• Assist with residents' activities of daily living and personal care.


• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care to residents.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Ohio.


• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
