Position: Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Location: Echo Flats – Hamilton, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am-2pm (24 hours/week total)

Pay Rate: $22-25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Who You Are:

• At least one year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance. 
• General maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, grounds, lighting, and more.
• HVAC experience (certification preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and/or smartphone skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
• Willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, apartment turnovers, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, and lighting. 
• Complete work orders from residents while keeping the community in pristine condition. 
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in general maintenance and custodial knowledge.
• HVAC experience (certification preferred).
