Part Time Maintenance Technician

All Juice is searching for a qualified Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

Requirements

Job Duties:

• Installs new or relocated machinery, in terms of providing electrical supply to the equipment.
• Completes work orders
• Determines proper course of action, related to repair vs. replacement vs. modification of equipment, tools, etc., and makes recommendations regarding such to supervisor.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on a bi-weekly and annual basis or per Preventive Maintenance program
• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Cleans, lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs gauges, values, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Repairs and maintains physical structure of facility.
• Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
• Gathers pricing information from Vendors, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

One-year certificate from college or technical school preferred, plus three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed Electrician preferred.

• Pipefitting, heating and general mechanical skills preferably in a manufacturing environment, required.
• Good interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to climb ladder is needed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Basic computer skills desired – Microsoft Word/Excel and E-mail desired.

Pay: $26/hr

Hours: Flexible, Monday-Thursday 4-5 hrs/day preferred
