Position: Part-Time Maintenance/Custodial Technician.

Location: Hopper Hill Condominium in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Flexible Part-Time Schedule: 20 hours per week with the flexibility to create your own schedule based on property needs.

Competitive pay: ranging from $16 to $18 based on experience. 

Who You Are:

• At least one year of experience in general maintenance and custodial knowledge .
• Enjoy working primarily outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.

What You’ll Do:

• General property upkeep, including furniture removal, power washing, painting, groundskeeping, pool and pond cleaning, and keeping sidewalks and roadways clear of debris, snow, and ice.
• Maintaining common areas by cleaning hallways, stairs, elevators, and office spaces, as well as dusting furniture and sanitizing restrooms.
• Performing minor and routine maintenance tasks.
• Reporting maintenance issues related to outdoor structures and landscaping.
• Delivering excellent customer service to homeowners and the Board of Directors.
