Part Time Make Ready Technician- Edgewood Apartments

Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Edgewood apartment community in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a Conventional property with 96 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position will be 25 hours per week with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8AM-1PM.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Grounds/Maintenance experience


• Ability to work independently


• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
