Yumwoof is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours per week) ideal for someone who loves keeping things organized behind the scenes, enjoys marketing operations, and wants hands-on experience working with a fast-growing, mission-driven pet wellness brand.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day execution and organization of multiple marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on internal documentation. This role is essential to keeping our workflows clean, up to date, and running smoothly as we scale.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to manage trackers, follow up on action items, maintain SOPs, and ensure important assets, data, and ideas are properly documented and accessible.
What You’ll Do
Upload and organize creative and marketing assets in trackers and shared drives
Update task statuses, create and assign tasks from meeting notes, maintain due dates, and flag overdue or blocked items using ClickUp
Respond to, organize, and evaluate incoming UGC and influencer outreach emails, assessing creator fit and tracking candidates through the pipeline
Track creative approval status across active campaigns and route approved assets to the correct folders with proper naming conventions
Update existing SOPs on a quarterly basis
Pull, organize, and file competitor content in Atria on a weekly basis
Assist with developing and maintaining reporting systems across marketing initiatives and channels
Maintain a running list of ideas and initiatives shared by leadership
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and shared trackers
Clear written communication skills in English
Ability to follow processes, update documentation, and keep systems clean
Self-starter mindset — able to manage small tasks independently and meet deadlines
Bonus (not required):
Experience supporting marketing, influencer, or content teams
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Canva, Atria, or similar project management platforms
