Part Time Mobile Services Driver

Women's Imaging Specialists, a fast-growing Georgia healthcare imaging company, is seeking an experienced female Mobile Services Driver. We provide mobile mammography service to clients in and around the Atlanta and Athens areas using a 40 foot coach. Ideal candidate must possess a Commercial Drivers License and have a clean driving record. Candidate will be responsible to drive, park, and level the coach and then check the patients in for their appointments. Medical office experience is required. MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE 4-6 HOURS A DAY. Punctuality and dependability are a must.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving our 40 foot mobile coach and mammography trucks to client sites and setting up the mammography unit for use

Check in patients for mammography exams

Scanning records, scheduling appointment and confirming appointments

Assist Lead Driver in obtaining quotes for preventative maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, etc. for the trucks and units

Assist Lead Driver in terms of getting coach to mechanic for service appointments

Great multitasker with a "think fast" problem solving attitude

Providing administrative support to clinical technologists

Tracking No-Show, Cancelled appointments, and making follow up calls

Accurate patient registration and data entry into electronic medical records (EMR)

Additional Requirements

• Must have a CDL and a clean driving record Class A or B
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working on autos or large equipment
• Positive, friendly attitude and professional appearance is a MUST
• Experience with driving large coach or willing to obtain necessary training to do so
• Must have a VALID Georgia drivers license and excellent driving record
• Must be willing to submit to Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player!
• Must be comfortable driving in Atlanta traffic 1-2 hours to and from offices on a regular basis
• Work days vary depending on client needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
