Little Explorers Early Learning Academy ~ Making the World a Better Place One Child at a Time!

• Little Explorers Early Learning Academy is looking for an incredibly responsible and reliable PART TIME morning shift floating teacher.  


• This shift would require you to be at our center at 7:00am, Monday through Friday, to help float between classrooms as morning drop off happens.  


• 
  The shift would be a four hour shift; 7:00am-11:00am.  


• This is a perfect opportunity for graduating seniors, college kids who are home from school for the summer, or anyone that is looking to work in an incredible place that is like no other.

• MUST LOVE KIDS.


• Competency in the areas of handling meltdowns and interpreting crying, pointing, and lots of emotional cues to figure out what happened, all while making sure the rest of the class is ok. (Again… multi-tasking is a LIFESAVER!)


• Comfortable navigating on the floor, sitting on foot high chairs, crawling through a tunnel to save a scared child, and of course using tot sized toys!


• Comfortable floating between different age groups ranging from young infants to preschool aged children.


• Able to see and count a sea of moving heads instantaneously and locate anyone playing hide and seek by themselves (or with an imaginary friend).

*Kids need consistency - if you have any issues with showing up and showing up consistently for the little ones in your care, this is not the job for you.
