Summary:
A bit about us: We are a warm and loving family new to the Bellevue area, having recently moved from California. With one parent working remotely full-time and the other working from home part-time, we are looking for a caring and experienced nanny to support our little one’s growth and development. Our home is a calm and structured environment, and we enjoy exploring the outdoors, going for walks, and engaging in creative activities like music and art. We also have a small, friendly dog who will be present in the home but does not require care. If you are a warm, experienced, and engaging nanny looking for a fantastic part-time opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

A bit about you: You are an attentive, engaging, and experienced caregiver with a strong understanding of infant and toddler development. You naturally tune in to a child’s needs and provide warm-hearted, nurturing care. You are safety-conscious, adaptable, and can offer guidance as first-time parents navigate their child’s early years. You are comfortable working in a home where parents are present and can seamlessly balance hands-on care with independent work. If you have a background in nannying, early childhood education, or experience with developmental milestones, that would be a bonus!

Job Duties:

Provide attentive care for our little one, including feeding, diaper changes, and nap routines.
Engage in age-appropriate activities such as tummy time, sensory play, and reading.
Assist with baby-related household tasks, including bottle cleaning, baby dish washing, and baby laundry.
Support the introduction of solid foods, including meal preparation (pureeing, portioning, etc.).
Maintain a tidy nursery space, including vacuuming the floor for a clean play area.
Open to taking baby on solo walks, with location sharing enabled for safety.
Be flexible with weekly scheduling, as start and end times may shift based on mom’s work schedule. End times will typically be around 2 or 3pm. However, the total number of hours each week will be guaranteed.

Start Date: As soon as the right fit nanny can start!
Location: Bellevue, 98008

Qualifications: Prior experience caring for infants and toddlers. Strong understanding of developmental milestones. Safety-conscious and attentive to a child’s needs. Comfortable working alongside parents in a work-from-home setting. Comfortable around small dogs. Glowing references from recent nanny positions.
Set yourself apart: Background in early childhood education or child development. Experience introducing solids and supporting transitions. Musical ability or a love for the arts (the family has a piano and enjoys creative activities!)
Schedule: 10:00 am - 2:00/3:00 pm, 2-3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Pay: $32-35/hr
