Part-Time Night Auditor

Cragun’s Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for a PART TIME Night Audit. A successful candidate in this position possesses great attention to detail, and a natural talent for customer service.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Checks front desk records for accuracy on a daily basis

Balances cash bags to be checked out the next day

Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front desk cashier

Runs End of the Day process on the property management software

Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures

Qualifications

• This is a 3rd shift position - Sunday and Monday Nights - must be comfortable with the hours 11pm-7am
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be customer-service directed
• Ability to work independently and with others
