Responsibilities

Medical Operations & Clinical Duties

Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) Shots, delivering a range of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of IV Drip and IM Shot ingredients.

Conduct Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.

Utilize blood test offerings to guide clients toward optimized wellness.

Recommend memberships and medical services tailored to client needs.

Document visits accurately in electronic medical records.

Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.

Report any client concerns or adverse effects to the medical compliance team.

Provide therapeutic communication paired with exceptional customer service.

Support staff with in-store services as needed.

Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment.

This position reports to the Lead Nurse.

Qualifications

Active RN license.

Minimum two years of acute care nursing experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

At least one year of experience administering injections.

Comfortable working with electronic medical records.

Strong ability to connect with diverse clientele with compassion and without judgment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to excel independently.

Committed to following policies and procedures and maintaining medical compliance.

Compensation: $32.00 per hour
