Part-Time Office & Administrative Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting visitors and handling front desk/reception duties
• Keeping files, reports, and documents organized and up to date
• Managing office supplies and helping maintain a clean, professional workspace
• Sending reports and updating lists and directories
• Supporting both office and field staff
• Assisting with HR paperwork & correspondence
• Providing general administrative and light accounting support
• No two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of what makes this role engaging.
