Part-Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-time Office Assistant to support our busy manufacturing office in Winnfield, Louisiana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.


• Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
• Greets and assist visitors, vendors, and employees as needed.


• Maintain organized filing and assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, scanning, filing, etc.


• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and scheduling as needed

Education, Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of office or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with basic office machines and procedures
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
