Part Time Office Assistant - Seasonal

Camp Twin Lakes (CTL) is a nonprofit organization that has proudly served children and families for over 30 years. We offer year-round recreational, therapeutic, and educational programs annually for more than 10,000 children and families facing serious illnesses, disabilities and life challenges. In collaboration with over 70 community partners, Camp Twin Lakes provides life-changing experiences at its three fully accessible campsites in Winder and Rutledge, Georgia. We are looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to work this summer starting around May 1, 2026 through August 1, 2026. This position will rotate between the Rutledge East and West campuses for a total of 32 hours per week. Days worked will traditionally be Sunday to Friday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Please note other duties may be assigned based on the needs of Camp Twin Lakes.

• Answering the phone


• Answering the gate


• Filing documents


• Purchasing - travel to Wal-Mart, etc. for supplies


• Manage and stock camp store


• Welcome guests, check-in, and orient to camp


• Other duties as assigned by Camp Manager or Business Operations Manager

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible to have one week off during summer for vacation


• Must be at least 18 years


• Must have a valid driver's license
