Job Description - Part Time Office Assistant/Sales Auditor

Description

This Part- Time position is an assistant to the accounting office. Candidate will be required to train as a cashier in order to learn system operations. Position is responsible for auditing various daily sales figures and transactions, filing and general office duties.  

 

  • Auditing various daily sales figures and transactions 
  • Reconcile customer statements and research items as necessary
  • Provide customer correspondence via email and phone
  • Maintain files and documentation 
  • Process Receivable deposits
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong Communication and Organizational abilities 
  • Able to Learn Quickly
  • Self Starter with excellent Time Management abilities
