We are working with a well-established residential treatment program in Binghamton, New York that supports children and adolescents ages 6–21 facing complex behavioral health and emotional challenges. The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist who brings a trauma-informed, team-based approach to care.
This is a part-time, on-site position with an immediate need to fill before September 15, 2025 due to the transition of the current psychiatrist. While hybrid work (50% telehealth) may be considered later on, the role will begin fully in-person to support relationship-building and care continuity.
This organization helps young people who have endured trauma find stability, support, and hope through structured, evidence-based residential care. With a full therapeutic and clinical team on-site, the psychiatrist plays a critical role in both diagnosis and ongoing care coordination.
Their vision is grounded in connection, consistency, and compassion. The ideal psychiatrist doesn’t just write scripts—they join a mission and a team that truly cares.
The Psychiatrist will provide direct psychiatric care and medication management for youth in residence.
