Job Title: Parts and Service Assistant

Job Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)

Must be available every other Saturday.

We are currently seeking a part-time Parts and Service Assistant to join our team. The Parts and Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their trailers/RV's

- Provide accurate and timely quotes for parts and accessories

- Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are maintained

- Work closely with the service department to ensure that parts are available when needed

- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and trends

- Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a parts advisor/counter role preferred

- Strong knowledge of trailer parts and accessories

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
