At Capital Automotive Group, we’re growing and looking for a motivated, detail-driven Part-Time Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our fast-paced, high-energy team! Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist retail and service customers at the parts counter, in the shop, and over the phone


• Help customers identify and source the correct parts quickly and accurately


• Process orders, provide pricing, and ensure timely fulfillment


• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments


• Manage inventory levels and assist with reordering as needed


• Maintain accurate records for invoices, transactions, and special orders


• Support occasional parts deliveries as needed


• Keep the parts department clean, safe, and running efficiently


• Jump in and support the team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Previous parts counter or related experience preferred


• Experience with inventory systems is a plus


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed


• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt


• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screenings
