Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator — Medical Spa

Radiant Reflections is hiring two part-time Patient Experience Coordinators. This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We’re looking for polished, dependable, energetic team members who enjoy helping people, taking initiative, and contributing wherever needed in a busy medical spa.
 

What You’ll Do

• 
  Greet, check in/out, schedule and assist patients
   
  


• 
  Answer phones, texts and patient inquiries
   
  


• 
  Process payments and encourage rebooking
   
  


• 
  Educate patients about services, promotions and memberships
   
  


• 
  Follow up with new leads and inactive/overdue patients
   
  


• 
  Assist with before-and-after photos
   
  


• 
  Help prepare rooms, restock supplies and maintain an organized environment
   
  


• 
  Support retail sales, occasional social media and special events
   
  


• 
  Complete assigned PatientNOW tasks and assist the team wherever needed

Previous medical spa experience is not required. Strong candidates may come from hospitality, retail, banking, medical/dental offices, customer service, sales, college programs, or the beauty industry.
 

Schedule & Compensation

12–25 hours per week, with a combination of morning, afternoon/evening and occasional Saturday shifts.
 
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus opportunity for performance-based incentives.
