Part-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Kenosha, WI)
Flexible hours • 20–24 hrs/wk • Play-based, neurodiversity-affirming clinic
Hi, we’re Simply Spoken Therapy—a fun, collaborative team that leads with connection over compliance and believes every child deserves communication that feels confident and true to them. We share a bright, kid-magical space with our OT besties at Kid Power Pediatric Occupational Therapy and we’re growing!
Why you’ll love it here
After-school blocks, not late nights: three short evening shifts (3–6 pm), Monday–Friday schedule, and we close at 6 pm. No Sunday scaries.
Play-based & neurodiversity-affirming: we assume competence, honor regulation needs, and celebrate individuality.
Built-in planning time: protected time for notes, prep, and parent communication.
True collaboration: work shoulder-to-shoulder with OTs; co-regulate, co-treat (when appropriate), and co-celebrate wins.
Community vibes: school/daycare partnerships, screening events, and feel-good outreach.
What you’ll do
- Provide outpatient pediatric speech therapy (clinic + occasional community/school visits).
- Treat across speech sound disorders, early language, social communication, language-learning, and autism support (your strengths welcome!).
- Keep documentation tidy and timely (intakes, treatment plans, weekly notes by Friday, progress/discharge).
- Communicate with families, schools, and care teams with kindness and clarity.
- Join team meetings/trainings; help shape groups (social/literacy/language) as needed.
- Pitch in at community/marketing events now and then—because we love our city.
Schedule & pay
Hours: 20–24 per week; 3 after-school shifts (3–6 pm) required.
