Part-Time PM Extended Day Teacher Assistant

The Pegasus School is looking for a caring and energetic part-time Teacher Assistant to join our PM Extended Care team for the 2025–2026 school year. This position works Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., averaging about 175 days between September and mid-June. Our Teacher Assistants play an important role in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming after-school environment for Pegasus students.

The Pegasus School is situated in a park-like 14-acre setting in Huntington Beach with facilities that include a theater, gymnasium, art studios, science and technology labs, library and classrooms. The Pegasus School is an environment that encourages creative and critical thinking, risk taking, and problem solving in all members of its community. 

Compensation

Pay Range: $20.25 per hour

Hours: Mon-Fri, 2:30 to 5:30 PM

Classification: hourly, non-exempt
