We are hiring for a part-time Property Manager to support a n RV community in Myrtle Creek. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, has a strong backbone, loves to interact with residents, will look for ways to improve the park and the resident experience, and has a passion for learning more about the Mobile Home and RV property management industry.
What you'll do
Oversee on-site operations of an RV Community in Myrtle Creek, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
Enforce rules & regulations of community
Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
Daily site walks, picking up trash and debris
What you bring

Problem-solving and collaboration, both independently and working as a team.
A high level of professionalism.
A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
A strong backbone with the ability to diffuse situations, holding residents accountable to our community standards and policies.
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of office experience in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus the ability to quickly become proficient in Property Management software, such as Yardi and Manage America
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
Pay rate: $18-20/hour DOE
20 hours a week, 1-5pm or 2-6pm
