Part Time Psychiatrist

Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG) is a dynamic, multidisciplinary medical, behavioral, and mental health practice located across northern Utah. Our mission is to empower individuals and families through accurate diagnoses and evidence-based, compassionate care.   
We are a thriving clinic seeking a dedicated and motivated Part-Time Psychiatrist to join our compassionate team. This position will primarily be based in our Bountiful office, where you’ll be expected to work on location at least one to two days a week. There is potential for additional involvement at our South Ogden and Salt Lake City medical offices, as well as remote patient care options.   
 
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, expanding services, and leading as a key member of our medical team. This role is perfect for a psychiatrist who is interested in the growth and development of both medication management services and advanced depression therapy programs, including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (Intranasal Ketamine), and ketamine treatments.   
 
You will collaborate with a team of skillful colleagues to ensure that we continue offering diverse and innovative solutions to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities 
- Provide medication management services to our growing patient population.   
- Oversee advanced depression therapy services (TMS, Spravato, and ketamine), ensuring quality of care and continuous improvement.   
- Collaborate with other psychiatry providers, medical and mental health professionals to enhance services across the clinic.   
- Offer remote patient care as needed to support accessibility and continuity of services.   
- Foster growth in our patient base and spearhead initiatives to elevate the clinic’s impact on the community.   
- Support and mentor fellow team members to enhance the overall success of our psychiatric and medical services.   
 
 
Qualifications 
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution, with a specialization in Psychiatry.   
- Active and unrestricted Utah medical license (or ability to acquire one prior to start date).   
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.  
- Active Controlled Substance License in the state of Utah and DEA Registration 
 
- Experience with or willingness to learn about TMS, Spravato, and ketamine treatment.   
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.   
- Passion for patient-centered care and interest in advancing innovative mental health therapies.
