We’re looking for a part-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy new car showroom! This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned dealer group with room to grow and advance your career in the automotive industry.

Position: Showroom Receptionist
Schedule:

• Weekday evenings (approximately 5 PM – 7 PM)


• Saturdays (9 AM – 5 PM)

Location: Volvo Cars Danbury Danbury Ct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and guests with a warm, professional demeanor


• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously


• Assist with light accounting tasks and data entry


• Provide general administrative support as needed


• Help maintain a clean and organized showroom environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, professional, and reliable


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Basic computer skills required


• Prior receptionist or customer service experience a plus
