Part Time Receptionist

Saxon Auto Group is a local, family-owned automotive dealership looking to add a part time receptionist to our team. This individual will work well independently and can think on their feet in a fast paced environment while displaying professionalism with our clients and coworkers. We will provide detailed training. Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers


• Greet guest as they arrive


• Work cooperatively with the sales department and other internal teams


• Light data entry


• Receipt vehicle down payments


• Scanning of dealership documents into scanning system


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality


• Dependable


• Professional appearance required


• Positive Attitude

Hours:

• Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm – 8:00pm


• Every Other Saturday 8:30am - 6:00pm
