Part Time Receptionist

Starling Chevrolet is currently seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will play a key role in welcoming guests to the dealership, providing information, and guiding them to their destination. Responsibilities include answering phones, notifying staff of visitor arrivals, maintaining security, and assisting with various assigned tasks.  The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a polished appearance, and the ability to work closely with all employees and management at Starling Chevrolet.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and visitors upon arrival


• Answer questions and provide assistance


• Direct guests to the appropriate person or location


• Answer incoming phone calls


• Notify company personnel of visitor arrival


• Maintain security and telecommunications systems


• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Valid US Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record is a must

SCHEDULE will be as follows:

This position is for part-time, covering nights, weekends, and holidays with approximately 20 hours per week. Additional shifts may be required to cover for other receptionists who are on vacation or out sick.
