We are seeking a professional, warm, and well-spoken individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist. A friendly demeanor and professional appearance are essential. Additional qualities include:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Outgoing, positive personality
Basic computer proficiency and office administration skills
Punctuality and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Eagerness to learn and improve continuously
Answer dealership phones and greet customers and prospects
Direct customers to the appropriate department and notify the appropriate team member
Introduce customers to sales personnel
Work collaboratively with sales and internal teams
Communicate with callers and visitors professionally, efficiently, and warmly
Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Perform other duties as assigned
Monday-Friday 3:00 pm- 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am-6:00 pm
