Part-Time Receptionist

The Hours

The hours for this position are 9 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday. This is a part-time position.

The Pay

The Part-Time Receptionist position pays $17.50/hour.

The Location

We are located at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH. This position is onsite. 

Additional Job Details 

• Acts as first point of contact for in-person guests for the New Hampshire plant


• Acts as first point of contact by managing a multi-line phone system for both New Hampshire and Ohio plants


• Manages visitor check-ins by using and maintaining an electronic check-in system


• Maintains daily statistics on call and visitor volume


• Orders, maintains, and stocks office and coffee supplies


• Distributes and sorts mail daily


• Performs various clerical duties as needed, such as: filing, photocopying, preparing Microsoft Word documents and Excel Spreadsheets


• Provides support for ad-hoc project and event planning work 

Education required:

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  Range of Experience:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience is a plus; will consider combination of experience and education

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or touch; reach, talk, hear, and smell.  The employee may be required to kneel, crouch, sit, climb, or balance.  The employee may lift and/or move up to more than 50 pounds with assistance.  Accommodations will be made if/when necessary.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
