Part Time Receptionist (3pm-9pm shift)

Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale is now hiring for a Part-Time Receptionist role. Core Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for further assistance.


• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.


• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.


• Clerical duties such as scanning and filing as needed.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred, but not necessary.


• Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively.


• Cooperative, helpful and connects with others seamlessly.


• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.


• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred.


• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Hours and Work Environment:

This role offers an average of 15–20 hours per week. Shifts may vary Monday through Saturday; however, scheduled hours will consistently be from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Work schedules are provided one month in advance, and the dealership is closed on Sundays.
