Part Time Receptionist (3pm-9pm shift)

Chapman Chevrolet is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. We’re looking for a courteous and friendly professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, answering a multi-line phone system, greeting customers as they arrive, and assisting management with clerical tasks. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest while supporting daily operations.

Part-time position | $15.50/hour

What You’ll Do

• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department
• Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide assistance or direction
• Communicate with customers in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
• Assist management with various clerical and administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and coverage

What We’re Looking For

• Courteous and friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone and email etiquette)
• Basic computer skills including typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Additional hours may be required to assist with coverage when team members are on time off
• Onsite position in a dealership showroom environment with frequent customer interaction
