Part Time Recruiter

The recruiter role is a part time day position. Will be up to 20 hours a week in office.  

Hourly pay rate: $17.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities of this position include:
-Manage job boards and postings for all internal positions

-Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
-Conduct and set-up candidate phone screens, phone interviews and on-site interviews for all departments
-Complete background checks 

-Negotiating compensation packages and extending job offers to selected candidates
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Requirements

Requirements of this position include:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of: Principles and practices of HR management and compliance
-Successful previous experience in the on-boarding process, job boards and HR compliance
-Exhibited ability to communicate, present and influence employees at all levels of the organization
-Professionalism and confidentiality
-Demonstrated skills including active listening, meticulous attention to detail and organization and making sound decisions
-Self-directed
