Part-Time Recruiter

Position: Recruiter (Part-Time)
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday (10 AM – 6 PM) (2-3 days per week)
Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour
 

About the Role:
Valcor Group Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruiting operations in office, ensuring that all open security positions are filled promptly with qualified and reliable candidates.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update recruiting spreadsheets and candidate tracking systems.

• Use JazzHR (recruitment software) to post jobs, review applications, and track hiring progress.

• Screen candidates by phone to assess qualifications and professionalism.

• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews.

• Select and recommend top candidates for open positions.

• Coordinate with management to ensure staffing needs are met.
   

Requirements:

• 1 year minimum proven experience in a recruiting/staffing role (experience recruiting security guards or within the private security industry is a plus).

• Strong computer literacy, including Excel/Google Sheets and HR software.

• Experience using JazzHR or similar applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.

• HR or HR related experience is preferred
