A Day in the Life

• Arrive 15 minutes early for our morning huddle to kickstart the day on a positive note.
• Work alongside our dentists to provide excellent patient care.
• Perform thorough cleanings, periodontal therapy, and follow hygiene protocols.
• Take panoramic and digital radiographs and assist with scheduling.
• Use iTero scanning, intraoral photography, Modento, Blue Note & Open Dental to educate and engage patients.
• Make patients feel at ease while maintaining the Enamel vibe—fun, lighthearted, and welcoming!
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Ensure sterilization and safety compliance in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid RDH license in the state
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Commitment to HIPAA and safety regulations
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• New grads are welcome to apply!

Compensation

💰 Starting at $50/hour (commensurate with experience)
 🎉Competitive monthly bonus structure + $3,000 sign on bonus!
