Part Time -Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian – Full Time
Location: NHC Place Cool Springs – Franklin, TN

NHC Place Cool Springs is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our team. This role supports the Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) department by ensuring accurate nutritional assessments and developing care plans that enhance patient health and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Complete nutritional assessments, care plans, and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor high-risk patients (e.g., weight loss, tube feeding, diabetes)

  
  


• 
  

  Provide guidance to the FNS Manager and team

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic diets

  
  


• 
  

  Observe meal service and ensure sanitation and safety compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Review menus, monitor QA, and assist with surveys as needed

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Registered Dietitian with current TN license/certification

  
  


• 
  

  Clinical or internship experience in dietetics

  
  


• 
  

  Interest in geriatric nutrition and long-term care

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work across departments and support staff training
