What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.

Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health and quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine.

Monitor patients' nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.
