We're currently hiring two Part-Time RNs to join our outpatient Family Medicine Clinic in Albuquerque, NM. This unique position features an alternating 40-hour per pay period schedule—providing excellent work-life balance and the chance to work in a collaborative job-sharing model.
Your Flexible Schedule: Alternating Weeks with Predictable Hours
This part-time RN role offers 40 hours per two-week pay period, shared between two nurses in a rotating schedule:
Week A:
• Mon–Wed: RN #1 (8:00am–5:00pm)
• Thu–Fri: RN #2 (8:00am–5:00pm)
Week B:
• Mon–Wed: RN #2 (8:00am–5:00pm)
• Thu–Fri: RN #1 (8:00am–5:00pm)
This arrangement offers predictability, flexibility, and ample personal time—ideal for RNs seeking balance while still making a significant impact.
