Mental Health Direct Care Professionals
(Residential Service Technicians)
Starting Pay is $20.50/hour

The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Part-Time Residential Service Technician to join our team at the Bridge residential program. The Bridge program provides trauma-informed treatment and support services to adults living with mental illness complicated by co-occurring chronic health conditions as well as a potential substance use disorder.
This position provides direct service in the residential transitional living setting. As a direct care worker and mental health support specialist, you will provide personal support and supportive counseling to our residents. You will be part of a clinical team utilizing the tasks of daily living as instrumental treatment components while also helping to create a sense of permanency with a home like environment. In addition, you will contribute to identifying needs or emerging needs, physical and mental health wellbeing, medication administration, personal support, watchful oversight, and milieu management. You will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility and in maintaining staff office, charts and documentation.
This position attends weekly program staff meeting and participates in other meetings as necessary.
Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director or Program Coordinator.
Schedule:
Part-time, 20 hours per week
Willingness to have availability on weekends/holidays is required.
Location: On-site in Portland, ME
